Is It Possible To Prevent Sciatica Pain During Pregnancy?

Sciatica is a cause of back pain during pregnancy. People can relieve symptoms by using symptoms, mild massages, and other medications.

The most common complaints during pregnancy affecting low back pain are one to two-thirds of women.

Sciatica is pain that causes irritation of the sciatic nerve. The main symptom is suffering from the waist and radiating from the leg.

Sciatica is one of the less common back pains during pregnancy. It is more likely to occur in later stages when the sciatic fetus is large.

Sciatica is a symptom of another problem rather than a situation in itself.

The sciatic nerve is a large nerve that branches from the lower back of the spinal cord and passes through the hips and under the legs. This nerve helps the lower back, legs and lower feet feel feelings such as pressure, pain and warmth.

During pregnancy, sciatica can occur if the growing uterus and fetus exert pressure on the sciatic nerve, causing inflammation, irritation and pain.

Less often, people may experience sciatica because of a disc slipped in the spine. Also, spasm of the deep piriformis muscle in the hip can irritate the nerve and cause sciatica.

The main symptom of sciatica is low back pain, hips and legs. It can spread to the legs starting from the waist.

Other symptoms associated with sciatica are doctors:

1- leg pain
2- weak bladder control
3- numbness, tingling or needles and needles in the legs
4- weakness in the waist or legs
5- Burning sensation in the lower limbs
6- Pain that worsens with coughing, moving or sneezing

Women who experience these symptoms during pregnancy should state them at the next doctor’s appointments.

People can usually relieve the pain they bind with sciatica with some simple home remedies. In most cases, the pain disappears by itself within a few weeks.

How Can It Be Prevented?

There is no real way to prevent sciatica. Avoiding spending too much time sitting in the same position can help, such as maintaining a healthy weight.

In addition, it is important to protect the back and prevent back lifting with regular stretching and exercise.
